I made a mistake, can I still change the order?

You should contact us via e-mail as soon as possible. Mention your order number and what you want to change. We will do everything possible to find a solution. If the package would already have been sent, you can return it, but you will have to pay the return costs yourself.


How do I know if my order is accepted?

After you have confirmed your order and payment, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you will also get an order confirmation with payment details.
You should always check this e-mail, to ensure all details are correct.

Can I order as a company and get an invoice?

Yes, that’s possible. During the order process you can fill in your company name and VAT number and we will send you an invoice of your order.

What are the shipping rates and can I pick up my order for free?


Free delivery for all orders over € 65, valid within the Benelux!   Free delivery for all orders over € 100, valid within France, Germany and UK.
Otherwise, these are the shipping rates:

  • Belgium: € 5,95
  • Netherlands en Luxembourg: € 6,95
  • France, Germany and United Kingdom: € 9,50
  • Italy, Austria en Spain: € 16
  • Denmark: € 19
  • Sweden and Finland: € 21
  • Rest of Europe or outside Europe: please contact us.

At the checkout you can calculate shipping costs. If you’re near Zulte (Belgium), you can also pick up your order for free. In this case, please make an appointment by mail:



What are the payment methods?

Glorious Lou works with Sisow, a company specializing in secure Internet payments. The payment platform is integrated in the shop. You can pay via Bancontact / Mister Cash, Mastercard, iDeal, PayPal or by bank transfer.

When will my order be delivered?

We strive to ship your order within 2 business days after payment is received. Keep in mind that if you pay by bank transfer it may take several days before we receive the payment! The shipping itself takes 1 to 2 working days within Benelux and 3 to 5 working days outside Benelux. Do you want to receive your order faster? Mail us and we will see what we can do for you.

Can you deliver my order to an other address?

If you want us to deliver the package to another address, eg at your work address or to someone else, just fill in a different delivery address.
